Erzincan Tulum Cheese is brighter looking, more fragrant, full-fat and more delicious than other cheeses. First, it is filtered once or twice in clean sieves. The filtered milk is rested in the boilers for one or two hours. Ready milks are fermented with shirden yeast. If you want to consume the best supermarket product for months, divide it in the deep freezer and store it in small packages. If you store it with a product that produces bacteria in the upper cabinet, it may cause mould, since it does not contain additives.
