You can enjoy our cheese just as you would any other; grilled on toast, in your sandwich or served on a cheese board with crackers. However it really comes into its own when served with a traditional Jamaican Spiced Bun. It’s enjoyed right across Jamaica and parts of the Caribbean all year round, however is extremely popular at Easter. Enjoy!
